This past weekend I sliced a few sweet potatoes, added some olive oil and salt and pepper and baked. I've been adding to salads this week for lunch - I heat them up a little first - love the flavor and different texture that it adds. If you're tired of your salad routine - give it a try!

This week I've also been loving plain greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, unsweetened coconut, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a little agave. SO good!
If we make another outdoor swing - I think I'd make one like this!
