Panel Paintings to Chalkboard | Contributing Post at Infarrantly Creative

Today I'm at Infarrantly Creative sharing a chalkboard created from two dated paintings found a thrift shop. Make sure to stop by and check it out!!

  1. You have such a good eye when it comes to thrifting! Sometimes I have a hard time seeing what the piece could be.................. I like this!

  2. oooh i love the design you gave them! so modern now!

  3. You are so stinkin' talented, girl! Heading over now! :)

  4. I LOVE love love your chalk art and the boards too. That must have taken you forever to draw the writing. So good!
I do have to say that I kinda also like the paintings. Where they real paintings or just those cheapy prints mounted on wood?

    1. I was going to write that too! There's something weird and retro about them, especially with the heavy hand with the dark strokes. Yum Yum. Would look great in a room with wood tones, golds, and a himmeli chandelier.

But off topic! I was also going to say that the chalkboards came out AMAZING! Great work.

  5. Love how you grouped those together to make them appear to be one piece! Interesting!

  6. The way you brought the two together with that border is perfect!

  7. Love the way these turned out. I also really like the border you added, so unique!

  8. I really love these made as a pair for one design. Great idea.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts! I love hearing what you think! :)
