Art Options created with Photoshop

Yesterday I worked on creating some Photoshop sketches of art for above the headboard

Here are some options that I came up with ...

Images printed on canvas/drop cloth -

lower image saturation
higher image saturation

Pattern created with puffy paint on canvas: (pattern reminiscent of table lamp shade)

Or text connected with lines:

Lots of options! The images above aren't exact representations of what it would look like, but it does give me an idea of scale and how the images interact with the rest of the room.

Opinions? I am going to try to make a decision today ...

I am off to purchase some frames!

  1. I have a question. What software/program do you use to see the different prints/frames in each picture? I love the idea of being able to see what the finished product looks like, before it's finished. Thanks!

    1. Hi Lindsay, I use Photoshop because I use it for a lot of my design work. If you are looking for something free, you may be able to find a paired down version of photoshop or a similar program online. I would recommend starting there :)

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts! I love hearing what you think! :)
